Park Hyatt Toronto

The Park Hyatt will be the week's venue for the Executive Committee Meeting, the Annual General Meeting, the CMO Forum, the Media Forum, the Sourcing Forum, the Insight Forum, the Policy Forum and the National Associations Council.

The Hotel is located on 4 Avenue Rd, Toronto, ON M5R 2E8, and it is situated at the crossroads of Avenue Road and Bloor Streets in Yorkville.
 

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Public transport: The Park Hyatt Toronto is accessible by metro and bus.

Parking: For those arriving by car, valet parking services are available at Park Hyatt Toronto. Rates are as follows:

  • Overnight Valet Parking: $70
  • Event Parking: $35
  • Please note that overnight valet parking includes in-and-out privileges for guests staying overnight.

VENUE INFORMATION

Entrance and Interior

  • Pedestrian routes to and from the Avenue Street entrance have a level path.
  • Valet only parking. Self park available for Green P close to the hotel. (Information available Below)
  • All doorways are wide enough to allow safe passage of persons who use mobility aids.
  • The venue is only accessible by elevators. Salons are on the 2nd floor and Ballroom on the 3rd floor. Terrace room and Writer’s Room (Bar and Restaurant) is available on the 17th floor.

Washrooms

  • Designated accessible washroom stalls are available.

The Carlu

The Global Marketer Conference on Thursday 16 May will take place in The Carlu on 444 Yonge St #7, Toronto, ON M5B 2H4.

How to get there:

  • Buses to The Carlu will be leaving from the Park Hyatt on 16 May between 8am and 8:30am.
  • The Carlu is at a 23-minute walking distance from the Park Hyatt.
  • The closest metro station is College Station at a 1-minute walk from the venue.

Entrance and Interior:

  • Pedestrian routes to and from the College Street entrance have a level path.
  • All doorways are wide enough to allow safe passage of persons who use mobility aids.
  • The venue is only accessible by elevators - staircase access only in case of emergencies.

Washrooms:

  • Designated accessible washroom stalls are available.
  • There are no automatic door openers.

The Globe and Mail Centre

The ACA Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday 14 May will take place on The Globe and Mail Centre on 351 King St E Suite 1600, Toronto, ON M5A 0N1.

How to get there:

  • Buses to The Globe and Mail Centre will be leaving from the Park Hyatt on 14 May between 5:40pm to 5:50pm.
  • The Carlu is at a 1 hour walking distance from the Park Hyatt.
  • The closest bus station is Parliament St at King St East at a 3-minute walk from the venue.

  • Designated accessible washroom stalls are available.

Royal Ontario Museum

The Gala Dinner on Thursday 16 May will take place in the Royal Ontario Museum on 100 Queens Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Public transport: The Royal Ontario Museum is accessible by metro and bus.

Parking: There are a number of city-operated parking lots near the Museum. Please see the list for more information. Vehicles may use the layby on Bloor Street West or Queen’s Park to drop off and pickup visitors. Parking is not permitted in these lanes.

VENUE INFORMATION

Entrance and interior: The ROM can be accessed through the Weston Entrance on Queen's Park. This entrance features a ramp and push button automatic doors.
